Critical public administration platforms, operated and developed over the long run.
The context we found, the decisions taken, what was built or repaired and the results measured. No decorative logos: clients stay anonymous, the work becomes visible.
Critical public administration platforms, operated and developed over the long run.
The whole infrastructure and development managed end to end, for years.
From the concept — MVP or proof of concept — to scaling up, as an embedded technical team.
Public portal, acquisition, marketplace, web performance, media, continuity and incident response.
02A national portal where users follow sensitive administrative procedures, made of several generations of front end, a business API, a CMS, an SSO and a Kubernetes cluster.
03An acquisition platform, dozens of landing pages and white-label sites that collect and then distribute qualified enquiries to partners.
04A convincing mockup, but no product behind it: the entire state lived in a JSON document and the roles were simulated in the browser. The assignment was to build the real platform.
05Turning a single-page mockup navigated by anchors into a bilingual site that is indexable, very fast and simple to maintain over time.
06An events portal partly fed by automated collection, served by a modern front end, a business API and satellite services across three environments.
07Tools born from one assignment then reused elsewhere: detect before the phone rings, verify the backups and prepare a standby switchover without improvisation.
08Several real compromises handled end to end on production servers, then turned into a reusable method.
We have been practising since 2009. These eight studies are only an extract: dozens of others, on contexts close to yours, are presented in person during a meeting.
The results come from production data, access logs, databases, clusters, code history and tool reports. The audience figures are real, measured in Google Analytics: 1.6 million page views a month, all year round, for the automotive marketplace; 48 million page views a year for the public portal.
We can go further on whatever our confidentiality commitments allow, and frame your own need.
