Private cloud, servers & architecture

Your infrastructure.
Under control.

Private cloud, architecture, server management, DevOps, monitoring, maintenance and disaster recovery: we take charge of the platform that runs your applications.

ARCHITECTURE & OPERATIONS

Infrastructure designed to run — and to recover.

Private cloud, Kubernetes, Proxmox, servers, monitoring, backups and disaster recovery form a single setup.

A PROVEN FOUNDATION

Known building blocks.
An architecture you can master.

We favour maintained, documented ecosystems suited to your constraints over an accumulation of tools.

FROM ARCHITECTURE TO ON-CALL

A platform designed
to be operated.

We can work on one specific building block or take charge of a complete scope: private cloud, servers, deployment, keeping systems running and recovery.

PRIVATE CLOUD · SERVERS · REDUNDANCY · RECOVERY

Private cloud

Virtualisation, containers, network, storage and isolated environments.

Server management

Linux administration, updates, capacity, monitoring and incidents.

Architecture

Flows, dependencies, availability, sizing and migration path.

Maintenance & DR

Backups, restores, procedures, recovery drills and continuous improvement.

Private cloud and servers as the foundation of your business.

We design the architecture, deploy the environments and take charge of server management: updates, monitoring, backups, maintenance and procedures. The recovery plan is built from the critical applications and tested under agreed conditions.

01PRIVATE CLOUD

Isolate and control your workloads.

Design a private cloud for your applications, data or AI models: network, compute, storage, identities, administration access and capacity.

02SERVERS & MANAGED SERVICES

Operate the systems over time.

Administer Linux, containers, databases and services: monitoring, updates, incidents, backups and documented operations.

03ARCHITECTURE & DR

Prepare the outage before it happens.

Map the dependencies, remove the single points of failure that matter, define RTO and RPO, then test restore and recovery.

SCOPE OF WORK

What we do,
in practice.

01

Audit the existing setup and the dependencies

Map applications, servers, databases, storage, network, identities and providers. Identify the responsibilities and what the business service genuinely depends on.

02

Design the target architecture

Size the resources, define network segmentation, flows, the high availability that is actually useful, and the environments. Choose an architecture the team will be able to operate.

03

Build the private cloud

Deploy virtualisation or containers, storage, network, registry, automation, secret management and the delivery chain within the agreed scope.

04

Operate and maintain the servers

Organise monitoring, alerting, capacity, patches, updates and incident handling. Document the recurring operations and the access.

05

Back up, restore and recover

Define what must be protected, how often, for how long and how isolated. Test the restore, prepare the recovery order and record the results of the drills.

THE DELIVERABLES

Enough to decide,
validate and take over.

The documents and the work serve your team. Their level of detail is defined by the scope and the criticality of the project.

GOOD TO KNOW

Architecture, hosting, managed services, service levels and recovery plan are framed according to criticality, dependencies and the agreed split of responsibilities.

PREPARING OUR CONVERSATION

What helps us
frame the work.

  • Your business objective and the users involved.
  • The existing systems, the dependencies and who is available.
  • The constraints on schedule, budget and operations.
  • The criteria that will let us validate the result.
THE USEFUL QUESTIONS

Clarify before committing.

Can you manage our servers day to day?

Yes. The scope can cover administration, monitoring, updates, backups, capacity, incidents and on-call. Hours, service levels, access and responsibilities are set out in the contract.

Public cloud or private cloud?

The choice depends on the data, the sovereignty constraints, the services expected, the ability to operate them and the total cost. We can also design a hybrid architecture.

Can you build and test a recovery plan?

Yes. We start from the business services, their dependencies and the RTO/RPO objectives. A recovery plan includes procedures and drills; a backup alone does not prove the ability to recover.

CONCRETE EXAMPLE / SCENARIO

Make the deployments of a SaaS reproducible.

B2B software vendor / delivery chain

Illustrative scenario, not attributed to a real client.

01 / The starting situation

Going to production depends on manual operations performed by a single person. Environments drift apart and mistakes are hard to trace.

02 / Our intervention

Map the environments, formalise the configuration, automate the repeatable steps and add validations, traceability and a rollback procedure to be qualified.

03 / What would be delivered

A documented delivery chain, more consistent environments and a procedure the team can understand, run and maintain.

A clear scope.
A useful intervention.

Private cloud, architecture, server management, DevOps, monitoring, maintenance and disaster recovery: we take charge of the platform that runs your applications.
