The forms on this website send RGAIX the information you enter, in order to handle your request:
- Name and company or speciality
- Work email address and, if you wish, a phone number
- Subject of the request and the context you describe
- Strictly necessary browsing data (IP address, originating page)
The calculation tools on the site run entirely in your browser: the values you enter there are neither sent nor stored.

06 Recipients and processors
Requests are delivered through Resend, an email delivery provider, and then received in the RGAIX mailbox. They are neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

09 Data security
The website applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Please never send a password, an API key or any secret through a public form.
10 Cookies and audience measurement
No analytics or advertising cookie is set without your agreement: the consent banner lets you grant or refuse it at any time. Until you consent, no third-party tool is loaded.
Regardless of that choice, traffic is measured with Matomo, hosted on our own servers. This measurement works without cookies, with a truncated IP address, for the sole purpose of anonymous statistics. The data never leaves our infrastructure and is not passed to third parties: in line with the French data protection authority’s guidance, this configuration is exempt from consent.
